Time flies! It’s really hard to believe that it’s been 10 years since I joined LaSalle Bristol and 8 years since I stepped into the role of CEO. We’ve been through some tough times together. I believe the challenges we overcame together made us a stronger, better company. Now that we’ve survived the recession and moved into growth mode, it’s time for someone else to lead us into the future. Andrew Batson is energetic, innovative and has a sales and marketing focus that we need now that we’re growing. He will do a great job for LaSalle Bristol.
I remain in awe of the talent, dedication, and passion for customer service that our employees bring to our organization. LaSalle Bristol is special because of them. We have survived and grown because our people are committed to being the best in the industry. I see examples of our employees polishing our brand image almost every day. I see new young talent coming into the business now with new ideas that could well transform the way we work in the coming months and years.
You should know that our company is financially strong and committed to growing. Our product portfolio is strong and diverse; our brand image is modern and shining brightly and we’ve set the bar high for customer service standards in our industries.
