Our Elkhart office is seeking to fill a Customer Service Representative position for Aftermarket customers. This position services internal and external customers by entering sales orders with high degree of accuracy and communicating product availability for a large number of SKUs. Excellent communication and problem solving skills are needed. Job responsibilities are performed with routine and significant use of AS400, telephone, fax and/or email. The work is conducted in a fast paced environment and requires multi-tasking and working with a variety of people. Preferred candidates will possess:
· 3 years+ customer service experience
· Excellent communication skills
· Attention to detail
· MH/RV industry experience
· Aftermarket experience preferred
· Product knowledge
· AS400 experience
· Proficient use of English language
· Proficient Keystroke Speed
· Enjoy working in fast paced environment
· Ability to multi-task
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
